   Unfortunate that I feel the need to not leave a 5* review. Attended the shop to use a voucher after calling the owner. Attended shop and computers were disconnected therefore unable to view voucher. Was told that a dry robe would be ordered and I would be contacted. It’s been 2 weeks and no reply. I’ve called the shop, emailed twice and commented on Facebook - no reply.

   I went to the shop full of nerves as I am not a swimmer and I’m short and overweight!! The two ladies were amazing and I left full of confidence and having spent less than I thought! They showed huge knowledge, I observed them serving a few customers while waiting to try on suits. They didn’t push to sell more and had plenty of time to help every customer. Really impressed.

   Absolute gem of a place. Fantastic service. Was going to get a suit online and thought I'd stop in here as it was close to work. Can't recommend enough. Leah has a wealth of knowledge having swum on the national team for nearly a decade and coached extensively. Left there with the perfect suit plus plenty of advice and feeling super-motivated. Thanks!

   I echo the experience of some of these negative comments about customer service. I ordered something online and my order confirmation clearly said it would be delivered to my home address. But I then received an email from Lou saying I needed to pay more for postage. I phoned up to query this and ended up cancelling the order, at which point the person on the phone just hung up on me. What might have been a simple misunderstanding ended up with the salesperson hanging up the phone mid-sentence - not acceptable. Beware if you're ordering online.
