   We left within 5 minutes of arriving for our booking. Owner/waiter extremely rude and very un-accommodating. He seemed extremely annoyed we had not specified that we needed a highchair in the booking and almost seemed angry we had children with us. Terrible customer service and people skills. He began to lecture me on how to book if future (which will never happen) before I had even sat down. Awful atmosphere, very dark, no music and very dated decor. Didn’t stay long enough to try the food. Would not recommend, in fact strongly advise to avoid and try the Italian round the corner from here - Il Giralsole, we had a much more pleasant experience here.

   The manager was most unfriendly and service left a lot to be desired. We waited a long time for food which when arrived was dissapointing for all 6 of us. Lobster king prawn had no lobster just a paste very missleading menu. Would not recommend to anyone. Singer not bad that was only plus of night. As for indivual bills he point blanked refused and some paid in cash he couldnt cope. I had to work out indivual costs no thanks to his rudeness. Also over priced no budget reductions here. Money is the managers god.
