   I took my daughter and grandchildren to the cafe for lunch. I had to pay for an adult portion of the pasta and prawns that my granddaughter wanted, when I am sure they could have made a half portion for a young child. The lasagne that I ordered was only luke warm and when I told the waiter he just said “sorry” but didn’t offer to reheat or replace it. The service wasn’t good either. The waiter wasn’t particularly pleasant or helpful; needless to say, I didn’t include a tip with the payment. This is the second time that I have been served cold food at this cafe so I will not be going back. I must say that the service Tuesday to Friday is usually excellent.    Went here for the first time last night with an old pal. Brilliant. Service was faultless, we had 3 people bring food and drinks over to us throughout the evening, all were a credit to the place and it just seemed to run seamlessly. Both had meatballs to start, delicious and good portion size. Both had ribeye steak for main which were cooked to perfection with amazing flavour, dessert my friend had Crème Brûlée and I went for the Tiramisu but they had run out, this is where they 100% impressed me. I looked at the menu for an alternative and at the same time asked whether they do a cheese board (not on the menu). The response was something like we can sort a cheese board out for you no problem. What appeared was a selection of cheese that, no exaggeration, was one of the best I've had. 10 out of 10, 5 stars, based on my experience this place deserves the opportunity to impress you too.

   We went to O'Sarrcino for a birthday Sunday lunch and had an amazing time as a party of 8 including 2 children. Our server, Joy, was fantastic, engaging with us in Italian (family member is learning Italian for their holidays) and she was excellent with the children. Service was attentive, but not over the top. Food was excellent, brought out at a good pace. We didn't feel rushed. It's an authentic Italian restaurant, run by Italian staff, with great food and Italian atmosphere. Would highly recommend and it's worth the drive if you're not local!

   Party of four, for a birthday treat. Absolutely love this place, we have been a couple of times, and on both occasions, the food was amazing, the service was great. The hosts make you feel very welcoming and are very attentive. The food is reasonably priced and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend this place to others and will be back.

   Amazing food and very friendly, helpful personnel. I am from Palermo, It and I felt like I am home! the pizzas, pastas and starters were simply divine and truly tasty! Gioconda offered us an amazing service, with her friendly manners conquered everyone hearts! We were a group of 6 adults and three toddlers and she accommodated us in her truly Italian/napolitan spirits we deserved! Thank you very much!!! We will come back very soon!    Our second visit and it was wonderful, thank you! Fantastic food, friendly and helpful service (with great recommendations) and the 50% off pizza deal for Mondays made us a great saving. We felt really welcome and had a super meal. I am sure we’ll be back.

   We thought we would try this place as we have heard really good reviews and hadn't got round to visiting. I am so pleased we did. The staff were so amazingly friendly and helpful with explaining the dishes. It was hard to choose as they all sounded so good! They recommended a very tasty wine which went down very easily! The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend this lovely restaurant and I'll definitely be going back to try the other dishes.
