   Went to the store today to return a faulty item which I had bought in Swansea I was refused it to be returned or swapped as a young boy dark hair and glasses who was quite rude told me I needed to return it to the store I purchased it from as it couldn’t be done in the store as I had purchased it from Swansea drove to Swansea was greeted by the manager who was lovely who had told me this was not correct and I should’ve been able to return it to any branch So I not only drove an hour from my home to Park troster I had to drive another 30 minutes to get to Swansea The manager of the store really needs to look at his staff and his customer service as I feel this is appalling and will not be shopping here again

   Vile shop felt like a criminal when I was there with my daughter on Wednesday. The manager followed us all round that shop as if we was bagging up everything, 2 things we picked up. But to follow us to the tills aswell is something, will never shop there again. I work in trostre myself and will never step foot there again.

   This is a small retail outlet with plenty of staff. I visited to purchase a particular brand of jeans which this shop usually has on sale for a good discount. Had to try on three pairs and eventually found the perfect fit, which was lucky as there was only two types of fit and only two in the size I needed. Staff were helpful. Had a brief look around at other stuff on my way out but nothing appealed. Asked for a price on a pack of three trunk pants, over thirty pounds so put them back. In an age where you can easily get discounts I found this place to be expensive.

   Very reasonable pricing for good quality clothes. Walked out of there drippy as heck! The alarm also went off since a staff member forgot to remove a tag and they were very professional about the whole thing. Great staff, good clean store, can't ask for more.

   Got here at 09.00 am checked opening times says 9am, only to be told we are doing a stock audit we do it once a week and we'll be open in 15 minutes, no signs saying this on window. Was shouted at through window by a female member of staff after I knocked on the door at 09.05am. I left and purchased trainers elsewhere.
