Dear Team Marks & Spencer, I wish I knew the name Of the member of staff that verbally abused and tried to humiliate my partner today. My partner travelled to shop at your outlet with our two autistic children. Whoever this member of staff was obviously had no understanding of how to deal with children as she was verbally rude to my partner. She claimed to have been dealing with rowdy children all day long, that’s not my problem. My partner had a lanyard with sunflowers showing how we strive to act as parents and so others can see we have children that are sometimes loud but never out of control. It’s lucky you are closed as I’d be on my way to confront you and your rudeness. Utterly disputable to hear this and hear how upset my partner and her mum feel over this.
