   Excellent Customer Service - called out on very busy weekend (Bank Holiday) and attended in 15 mins, fixed the problem to get through weekend and came back on Tuesday with parts. Extremely professional outfit. will use again.

   Thoroughly dissapointed. I called because I needed a service engineer to look at my fridge van. The lady at reception told me they didn't have anybody who could help, as he was on an install for the next two weeks. I asked if she could suggest anybody. She said she was not allowed. I asked if that was company policy. She said it was not. I asked politely again for a suggestion. She HUNG UP! Further to this. I thought it fair to inform her of my google review. I called back and politely told her. She said: great, well I hope that helps you through your day and hung up again! I am still calm, but I do t think I have ever been hung up on like this by a professional company. Unbelievable. UNBELIEVABLE! Wouldn't touch with a barge poll. Thank goodness I am not in a contract with these people!
