We had a very disappointing visit to Bella Italia. After being seated, it took 30 minutes before anyone even took our order, and then another full hour before the food finally arrived. The food itself was only average in taste, nothing worth the long wait. The waitress felt robotic and disengaged, and when we tried to use the perks feature on the app, she became rude and argumentative, which completely spoiled what was meant to be a relaxing afternoon. Despite making a reservation, we were placed on a tiny table squeezed next to another family, while the booths were all empty. When we asked for the bill, we were met with the same dismissive attitude — not even a simple thank you. It shouldn’t feel like we’re asking a favour by choosing to dine out. Honestly, I’d rather buy my own ingredients and cook the same meal at home. Bella Italia used to be friendly and welcoming, but this experience really missed the mark. This is not how what Italian food it all about. Italian food is only tasty when it's served with warmth!
Came for a 60th birthday meal, 5 adults and a child. Great experience, food was fantastic and so was Roxy serving us. Great banter from the staff and price was very reasonable as well!
Went for the set menu, the starter was very nice. The mushroom sauce was delicious. The calzone was ok, the salad could have been nicer. Tiramisu was slightly disappointing, as I thought the ones in supermarkets tasted better. Service was brilliant by Arif, thank you for making it a wonderful night
The staff here are so warm, friendly, helpful & welcoming. Nothing is too much and they're always available as and when you need anything. The good is fresh, extremely tasty and served in good time. We visit regularly

05July, been told short of staff and may take longer than usual time for food. All staff there worked so hard and at the same time very friendly all the time. Thank you so much, you guys deserve some recognition. Food wise, it was great as usual.
Bella Italia is very similar to most other big Italian restaurant franchises. The food and drinks were nice and the staff were pleasant. The restaurant itself was clean and had some interesting décor.
