   Took my 27year old Dyson DC04 to Nat. The motor had blown but he assured me it wouldn’t take him long to replace it with the new one that I had already bought online. There were a few issues which he sorted, replaced the clutch,fuse,filters and belts and spent nearly two hours getting it back in good order and all for £50!! My cherished,good quality Dyson is as good as new. Thoroughly recommend this gent.

   Took my 20 year old Dyson D04 for him to look at because it stopped working and he took it in part exchange for a refurbished DO4 which I really wanted as I believe the D04 was the best vacuum they made, well I'm so pleased with this replacement I just had to put a 5 star rating on here. Couldn't have asked for better service, all sorted within 3 working days and at a price of ONLY £45 unbelievable these days so gave him an extra £5 but still feel I robbed him. So pleased I found this place on-line because I've saved myself a lot of money and got a really good vacuum which these days you can't buy new without spending a small fortune.

   I was very pleased to visit Downland Appliances in Littlehampton from home in Chichester. What an amazing shop! Hoovers of every description and parts and accessories. The owner, Nat certainly knows his hoovers and offers good practical advice. He repaired my Dyson DC07, which required a brand new motor and filter. The difference is amazing and the hoover is better than new! Highly recommended. Very reasonable pricing and well worth visiting.

   I took 2 vacuum cleaners to Downlands, a Gtech with a broken handle joint and a Dyson that wasn't doing much effective cleaning. The issues with both machines were quickly identified, parts taken from other broken machines and they are now in perfect working order - all done whilst I waited! One very happy customer.

   Very impressed! Our 7-year-old Dyson's problem was quickly diagnosed by Nat, fixed and serviced promptly, and collected the next day at a very reasonable cost. It now functions happily like it did when it was new. Can't recommend Nat highly enough!

   We just had our V10 Animal Dyson repaired. Excellent service. Very considerate and explained all the works carried and the reasons why the vacuum wasn’t working. Our machine is like brand new. Literally has sucked up so much stuff from the carpets! High recommend anyone with a Dyson to use Downlands Appliances.

   What a hidden little gem this place is! We managed to get our old Dyson over-hauled during Covid, and then when we needed a spare part, Nathaniel sorted it in the spot, and for a great price too! He's a wizard with machines! Great service, would definitely recommend Downlands Appliances.

   What a great company! Called this week as my Shark hoover had packed up and there was a burning smell. Thought I'd need a new one but decided to try and repair first. Great service.    Amazing service provided. Took in my old Dyson which I thought was beyond saving for some attention at 1.15pm today and collected the machine at 4.00pm. Could not believe it was the same appliance - looking brand new and so clean. Fully serviced and made up as quoted. The performance of the appliance has been greatly improved and it’s all in better working order. Highly recommended - so pleased. Thank you so much. I have a further appliance for repair which will be on its way in next week.
