Amazing selection of furniture! I wanted a TV unit and I'd looked around a lot of other charity shops with no luck but at BHF I was spoilt for choice! All at a great price too. The staff were really lovely too and they carried it out to the car for us so we didn't have to do anything. (They also offer delivery). Highly recommend visiting BHF if you're in the market for furniture!!
Wanted to donate a sofa bed. Waited two weeks for collection only to be visited by two of the rudest people I’ve ever let in my home. I’ve always loved BHF but wouldn’t donate again.
Great service in store, shame about the delivery guys. One ok , the other one had bad attitude!
Why would you shop here. Good solid furniture ant a faction of the cost of the flat packs you can buy. And it supports an amazing charity. Wins all round.
Simply the best shop for furniture and electrical goods, if you are on a budget. Pleasant clean store, helpful staff and delivery for £20. I bough a fridge / freezer two months ago and today I purcahsed a single bed a bargain price. I am pleased to support British Heart Foundation and say that it should be the first and last stop. Great place. Sells good quality second hand stuff and the sofas they clean. Kitted out place our from here as a stop gap but quality so good we decided to keep
