   I'm absolutely disgusted...my 7year old grandson spent his birthday money on a drone(£25)which wouldn't fly....there were no instructions in the box and a couple of broken bits came out of the box too....put it together and it only lights up...took it back and the guy kept insisting it had hair wrapped around all the bits...I found 1 in front if him..I said no believe me,it was on the rug preparing to fly.he kept saying it must have crashed.. if it came like this it's obviously been brought back to the store by someone else who May have crashed it....and been put back on the shelf!!...I'm so upset!..never before have I been treat this way....disgusting!!Needless to say I will Not be shopping here again!

   The pricing on some figures in here is ridiculous, Hatsune Miku prize figures are not worth £40, if you are planning on browsing here for that sort of thing, I would suggest going elsewhere, specifically anime stores. There are some products that aren't too badly priced and the staff are friendly in here, minus a few that don't seem to be sociable people.

   We visited this store recently while exploring toys and men’s products together. While looking around, we came across a stress ball that had already been opened by someone else. As we were checking it out, the store manager came over and abruptly took the product away from us and hid it out of sight. This behavior was very rude and unprofessional. We were genuinely considering making purchases, but my partner felt so uncomfortable with the way the manager treated us that we had to leave without buying anything. On top of that, the way he looked at us felt suspicious and completely unacceptable — it came across as an action based on colour, which made the whole experience even more upsetting. Customer experience should be about respect and inclusivity, but unfortunately, this incident reflected the opposite. We expected better from a store of this kind. Thank you.

   Located upstairs at the far end of the shopping centre. Good range of pop culture and other fun/jokey products. One of those shops where you will likely find something you never know you wanted until you see it.

   It was Very busy! There are lots of interesting items in the shop for gifts. There many anime figures and goods. My daughter loved it. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Perfect for last minute Christmas shopping!

   i would give this no stars but i have no choice, went in to look around understandably was told it closes in 5 minutes however the man proceeded to say if we don’t know what we want and if we’re not looking for anything in particular to basically just leave. I feel as if this is not professional and not a way to talk to customers or anyone in that fact. It made us all feel uncomfortable so we just walked straight out the door.

   A great array of merchandise from film/telly/games and other electronic gifts. Perfect for finding items that wouldn't necessarily cross the mind at first thought. The staff aren't the most proactive but are friendly when approached at the tills. A nicely laid out and clean store.
