Styles and fabrics have changed over the last few years. I used to exclusively buy from monsoon as there styles were a perfect fit (I am a size 20) and spend £2000+ a year but spend less than £500 pa now. Very very disappointing

I purchased a beautiful dress for my 13 year daughter for a wedding which was then postponed for 4 months. When it came to trying the dress on close to the new date, it was now too small. Luckily still had the receipt and labels on. Monsoon staff were very understanding and exchanged for the next size up. Staff were very friendly and helpful, highly recommend, an amazing shop! Thank you!
This shop is ok, nice dresses but slightly overpriced for what they are. Looks like it will be closing down quite soon from the way the shop is set out now and the constant sale of everything.
We love this shop for wedding and occasion wear. It's got a great selection and brilliant choice of accessories to really make your outfit shine!
Different to your usual high street ladies fashion, for the more mature lady, the clothes are good quality and well made. Slightly older styles here and can be slightly more expensive but worth a look if you want a special dress or more unique outfit for an occasion. Some lovely children's clothes for special occasions too
Always a lovely selection of clothing which is not run of the mill & caters for those who like something a bit different. Prices are reasonable and sales are always genuine. Also good sized changing rooms. Staff always helpful and efficient

I found the whole shopping experience fantastic. I am having a Registry Office wedding in June and was there shopping with my friend and her Daughter Melanie. My friend was with me in the dressing room and Melanie was bringing in arm fulls of dresses for me to try. No one tried to stop her or question what she was doing and the attitude of the staff made me feel totally at home there. I felt I could have stayed there all day trying dresses and no one would have said a word. Because of this I found my dress and I shall be going back there very soon. What a lovely store.
