Visited the Llanelli store on Saturday 14th May, 2022. Selected several pairs of trainers myself to try-on & then given additional selection by Staff Member Magda Pakosz to try. She was extremely helpful & patient & took a considerable amount to time to assist me. Very good service. Thank You.
Bought trainers for my works christmas do bowling last minute Odd trainers in the box i felt a right idiot spent 2 hours and went home 25 miles round trip to return them not and sign of customer service Was told refund or pick a different set they didnt have so had to pay extra for another set
The staff was very patient with my daughter who tried on so many shoes before finding the ones. We didn't feel rushed and the young girl at the till was lovely too.
Smallest section of women's trainers I have ever seen in this store. Not a lot of variety when it comes to large sizes for women too!
