   The girl in the shop seemed pleasant however she said something not very well thought out when she said to my girlfriend we have bigger sizes out in the back when she actually was looking for a smaller size. I think it was well intentioned but wasn't the most thoughtful sentence she's ever said.

   Staff were extremely rude and patronising. clothing was covered in fake tan and lipstick would not advise going here for any thing.

   Went today for shopping, don’t know the name of the sales man but he was soo helpful and polite. I hate people coming and asking if we need help or whatsoever. But we were looking for a size and approach the guy and was so very helpful. He told us that the size we were looking for they don’t have it. But he left checked again and couple of minutes later he did came back and gave us the only one that was left even tho wasn’t the size we wanted. I appreciate the fact he checked cause many times people don’t even bother. And kept asking if we needed anything else cause we were trying and checking other things too ! Thank u x

   I visited 3 times, but the way he fold the T-shirt every time in the front of him only I fold the tidbit in a proper way and the desk with dust uff he should clean at least in the morning and attending the person with no smile with this brand I think owner has to teach the behaviour to them.

   Visited this store about 8 times this year and every single time the women on the tills have had poor attitudes. Retail staff with holier than thou attitudes isn't a good look. Perhaps some further training in customer service is needed.

   The staff here have zero customer service skills what so ever, I purchased a pair of boxers for my son, only too realise I had mistakenly purchased pants instead, (genuine mistake I had just come off a 24hour shift) I revisited the store two days later to exchange them for the correct varient only to be told that they can't be exchanged for hygiene reasons. Whilst that is understandable the product itself is completely new and unused, in original packaging with seals intact, unopened, accompanied with original proof of purchase. Instead I was met with attitude, and the managers solution, was to "sell them online" no effort was made to rectify the situation whatsoever.

   Superb experience after purchasing a few items & then noticed one of the tops was faulty when I got home. I live about 3.5 hours away from the shop as I was there for a weekend away. Hannah, the store manager, has gone above & beyond to make sure I am sent a replacement top, and they’ve even refunded my postage from sending the faulty one back. Cannot fault how helpful they have been - very impressed

   Can I just say that i was shocked by the treatment. There was 2 girls with a basket of items paying at the till there was no one else in the queue. I waited around 5-10 minutes and I didn't realise that there was place to line up as there was no one waiting. Then a couple went into the actual Queue as that happened it was my turn, the couple noticing that i was waiting directed me to go to the cashier as i had been waiting. I was then Rudely spoken to by the man at the till telling me i was not in the queue and he would not serve me. To my shock i asked if he was joking only to be told have a nice day in a sarky way. totally uncalled for. Didn't buy anything and will not be going back. Shocked to be fair
