   Absolute garbage-overpriced nonsense, zero service, staff looked miserable. Never again. The lady taking orders on the phone? Super rude, super arrogant – literally treats you like you're nothing.

   Terrible place tried to explain to the rude lady on the phone that all the food needed to be cooked separately as we have a shellfish allergy and she hung up the phone, upon collecting the food she handed it to me and I double confirmed that the food was all cooked separately and she said it was not and then had to wait there again for a further 30 minutes, for them to remake it. I explained to the rude lady that If she hadn’t of hung up the phone this wouldn’t have happened. Then after waiting for a further 30 minutes with no discount got home to find food missing off the order. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend here and the kitchens looked dirty and saw the lady in the back picking up her food with her bare hands. Avoid at all costs.

   Phoned them for delivery told me 40 mins which was fine hour later still not come phoned them 5 times they say 2 minutes will be there 2hours later still got no food phoned again they say its on way now I say has it left they say no so told them just cancel it

   Best Chinese takeaway for miles,lovely staff,food always hot and fresh, the extras menu is an amazing deal, curry, rice and chips for less than £5 and very filling ,never been disappointed in anything off the menu

   Just called to place an order . Man was very rude on the phone asked how long it will be . His response I dont know say an hour or so . Very rude indeed. Hopefully food will.turn up and be worth the wait . Never had a problem with this place previously but customer service score nil pa . Disgusting and rude

   Our old favourite used to be evergreen and then lynns but they changed and the food wasn't as nice. We tried lotus blossom and loved it on the first try!!. Now it id our new favourite. Foods great and the quality is good, cheaper too. Also the waiting time is not bad 45 minutes to an hour whereas some take up to 2 hours and then the foods cold, with lotus we have never had any issues with this. Thanks for the great meals!!!.
