Was here nearly two years ago and remembered the very friendly staff so sought it out when I visited again. Exactly the same; I’m not sure of the man’s name but he provides exemplary customer service.
The members of staff at this branch of costa are all lovely and friendly. Phil and Jim especially always make me feel welcome whenever I come in for a coffee. I am 89 years old and they always take good care of me.
Everyone knows Costa, but this one is amazing cause of its team. Phil is a great guy & always kind, polite and efficient when it comes to ordering. Great conversation, too! Always makes me smile & laugh. Recommend this location for all the lovely people here.
The server here is so friendly and attentive that it just isn't possible to have anything less than good words to say. His charming personality made our visit very enjoyable. Clean tables and crockery too.
I swear by a Costa coffee because it is like rocket-fuel! I'm also impartial to buns, cake and biscuits. And the staff in this outlet are particularly friendly too.

Really polite attentive staff who were amazing with my wife, who had a pram and a little person inside. They opened the doors, brought her drink to her and found her a good space that was pram friendly. Warm and friendly and well worth a short review, so thank you staff you staff of Costa in Lewes!
I visited Costa a few days ago during my work break. The staff were incredibly friendly! They opened doors for us. Served us quickly. The place was incredibly clean. I've been a few times to this Costa but this experience was the best I've had and I left feeling happier for it! I will definitely be back
Friendly staff. Nice flat white. Quick service. Gave my daughter a free chocolate Flake. The staff are really helpful, very refreshing. I made a mistake with payment and they sorted it out with no fuss. Chardonnay was especially helpful.
