Early this afternoon I went to the Cancer Research shop in London Street Norwich to by Christmas cards that my wife insisted come from that shop. As I put my hand on the handle, a key turned in the lock and the man put up a sign 'Back in 15 minutes' and walked away. In the time the door was locked at least 10 groups of people tried the door then went into the British Heart Foundation shop opposite. I bought the cards when he reopened, but question about the way this shop is being managed!
