A nice reasonably quiet pub which is dog friendly, great staff, very good prices and a warm welcome from all people in the put anytime day or night. Although they don't serve food here, you are always welcome to have a takeaway delivered to eat inside the pub!
We went to this pub for a family wake. Beautiful spread of food put on. The toilets were nice and clean and the staff friendly. The pub is much nicer than its surroundings indicate.

Always fantastic. Love the place and the staff. Hope it never changes. Great family atmosphere with children's garden. A must visit for all. You need to visit if in Newhaven.
Excellent pub, a great pint of Doombar. Very nice decor and clean. Large beer garden and play area.
