This place was fantastic, well worth the trip and the money. The food was tasty, service was great and fast. If I had to pick a niggle, the Mexican rice was just fine, where as everything else was levels above. Highly recommend!
Came here for BJ’s big day today. Big A especially, had a whale of a time, downing salsas and giving us a lil’ dancey dance. Lil’ J did not say a word. The owner was incredibly understanding when big Y was giving outrageous requests. Emmy smells good from where I was sitting.
Food is bang average and lacks flavour. Portions are small compared to the prices they charge and the tacos lack filling.
Food was very oily. Tasted only the oil. Rice has no flavour .
You have no idea how long I’ve waited to try this authentic Birria place out!!! They used to be based next door to Ujan Bhatti cash & carry in a small food catering complex. Just look for a sign called ‘FOODY COLLECTION’ they are based there alongside a few other takeaway services. But now based on OLD BEDFORD ROAD I ordered their premium deluxe taco platter, Comes with two of each type of taco. And consume and chips, And I ordered extra consume with beef and salsa. Tacos were delicious. Crispy and dunking them in the consume was just divine. It’s a fabulous little gem and hopefully one day can launch with a full blown restaurant! Basically I felt like I was in one of them food review videos of Birria tacos on YouTube!! It’s Mexican street food at its finest and it’s here in Luton! Enjoy.
I dont understand the hype to be frank with you all. Its just some unflavourful beef in a crispyish flat thin bread with a broth that tasted a bit funky to me and some finely chopped salad. The price point is also way too high...just under £18 for a "platter"- a few small tacos that doesnt even half fill my afghani stomach. Dissapointed and wont be trying again...but do try it for yourself, you may like it!! Though not for me. If you want repeat customers focus on the flavours very bland for mexican and cut all your prices by 25-35%.
Really bad. I've had birria tacos before and this place did not meet expectations. They were extremely dry and chewy. Would not recommend at all.
Amazing food, so surprised to find this quality Mexican food halal in Luton. Little mix up when collecting but well worth the wait. Friendly staff, would recommend to everyone.
