Had a great Boxing day meal here. Large party, served very quickly. Waiter (Connor) was excellent, looked after our kids dietary requirements brilliantly and without hesitation. Great atmosphere, robot waiters were brilliant. Would reccomend.
Food was disgusting! Incredibly disappointing. We were not able to make any adjustments which shows food is not freshly prepared. Food arrived and husbands burritos were a disgusting soggy mess. He was not able to eat them. I had fajitas, you get the smallest dish of cheese and other additions. The dish was really not very nice at all. The only meal that was eaten was the fish fingers which we could have brought from the freezer. Incredibly disappointed and at a cost of £100. We ate at the one in Sherwood in August with family and had a lovely meal so this made it even more disappoiting. We should have said really thinking back how bad it was but we are not ones to make a fuss but I feel important to write this review based on how bad it was.
Food was amazing, perfect way to end our stay at centre parcs! Cocktails were also unreal and just an all round great evening :) Stephanie our server did a great job and made out time there very enjoyable:)
really disappointed with our visit to las iguanas. we had a reservation booked for 7:30pm on a thursday evening. we were left at the front for ten minutes before we were seated. we are a party of 7 who pre-booked, but we were not offered a table big enough, we had to move tables and chairs together. the tables were extremely dirty. we were not asked once about allergies. people in our party were disappointed with the fact some foods were pre-made, they had to change their orders as they dislike/were allergic to certain food items. most of the menus had been torn or defaced. we had to get up to retrieve a drinks menu as there wasn’t one on our table. a lot of the food seemed underwhelming or not cooked fully. although it was brought out rather quickly, there was an error with the buttermilk fried chicken (came with sauce when we asked it to be removed), and this wasn’t brought out until we asked about it again 15 minutes later. our initial idea was to buy one of the sharing cocktails, however after seeing the size of them i was appalled at the price!!! £27-£30 for such a small glass to share was absolutely insane. the people in our party who drank said that the cocktails had very little flavour to them, bar alcohol. the ‘apple & pear’ tasted of neither, just pure alcohol. many of them couldn’t finish it. we ordered churros as our dessert. these were the nicest part of the meal, however i have never seen churros be so greasy, there was a puddle at the bottom of all the pots! this ended up staining my jumper with the oil :( you don’t expect grease to pour off of a churro! when totalling the bill, it was extremely difficult to calculate as the individual prices were not on there. the majority of places will show the price of an individual item, instead of just the total price if the item was ordered multiple times. it’s safe to say we wouldn’t return here if we came back to center parcs.
Went for a meal on Saturday evening, didn’t have a reservation beforehand. Meal was good and would recommend when visiting Woburn. Dessert for me is always the highlight of my meal and this one didn’t disappoint. Partner was pleased with Mixed Grill and I loved my nachos and salad. Teens were also pleased with their meals. The robot was a pleasant surprise.
We had a booking for 8.45 pm - upon arriving - the manager Molly tells us that the table isn't ready and we can sit in the waiting area just outside (this happens) - we see drinks left on the table in the waiting area and report this to her as it wasn't safe to sit there with 2 toddlers. To our surprise, Molly says she can either go and get our table ready or clean the drinks from the waiting area outside... and says it is ok for us to continue standing there for 15 mins - to top it off she goes off and starts chatting with folks at the bar area and does nothing to prep our table for the next 15 mins. By the time we got our table and ordered it was 9.20pm The only consolation is that the wait staff was sincere and trying his best to serve us quickly. Needless to say we will not be spending our money here again since Molly did not feel basic cleanliness was of any importance to paying customers
Brilliant menu and service. Food was fantastic. Good value also. Highly recommended. Could easily just go here all 4 days and not bother with anywhere else in the resort. Chris
Great! Excellent food as always. Cocktails lovely. Really nice waitress this evening - didn't catch her name but she's a credit to have in the team. Nice girl running tge desserts out too.
We visited today for a bite to eat before heading home. At 5pm we didn’t need to book and got a walk-in table fine. It would have been nice to sit outside and catch the last of the evening sun on the terrace, but due to being short staffed the terrace was closed. We had Nachos & Chilli as a sharing starter, followed by a Gaucho Steak and a Burrito Bowl. All 3 items tasted great! No complaints. The service was great too.
Food was nice, and it came out quickly. It was nicely decorated inside and had a good vibe to it.
