   I came in with my daughter for a quick bite, expecting tacos, not attitude. Before we even ordered, I politely asked an employee (red hair, glasses) if she could unlock the restroom since it was locked. She replied, “It’s for customers only,” in a tone that could frost glass. I explained we were eating there, but apparently basic manners weren’t on the menu that day. She wordlessly fetched the key, didn’t say a single thing, and when I thanked her, she just stared through me like I was speaking another language. When our food was ready, she dropped the tray on the counter without a word, no greeting, no smile, no acknowledgment that we’re, you know, humans. I honestly got the impression we were being mocked behind the counter — and even if we weren’t, her cold, dismissive behavior made us feel completely unwelcome. For a place built on “Live Más,” the service sure felt like “Care Less.” If Taco Bell wants loyal customers, maybe start by reminding your staff that kindness costs nothing, but losing customers costs plenty.    Jagoda was a customer service agent that was lethal she was keen at close the restaurant at 9pm when closing time was 11pm as she closed the customer toilets most of dining tables leaving all customers trapped in one small area resbling a barn

   Me and my friends ordered a big order to share for our colleague who was leaving us to move country. half our order didn’t show up and trying to contact taco bell was absolutely impossible. This is appalling and we will not be ordering from here again. This service is disgusting and shouldn’t be tolerated. The 6 main items of our order didn’t show up and we were pretty much delivered sides, as well as this, our food was cold and practically stale. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!!

   This Tacobell in Northampton town is one of the best I have been to throughout the country. And believe me I have been to loads. Service was quick, staff friendly, clean place and hot food. Nothing more you can ask for from a fast food joint. The server Abbie was very friendly and even offered us the manager's deal. Will definitely visit again if we are in Northampton

   one of the best place to have good vibes and quality time. i have had great experience there. Well greeted, speedy service and great food! the chicken strip was my personal favorite.. cripsy from outside, tender and soft from inside, well cooked and the dip was mouth liking. The best thing is, you dont have to buy drink every time you finish it. Unlimited re-fill for free once you buy the drink. and the most important thing is, it is the only restaurant that is open till 3am, even when the entire northampton is shut down. So, if you feel hungry in the middle of the night, Taco Bell is the only saviour!!

   On Sat 14, 6 pm. The shift manager is rude to me. I taught I will spend some quality time with my friend. He is too rude and racist and spoil my day. If you hire like these types of manager you won’t even get the proper customers.

   Understandable that it is a new restaurant but my god what poor service. Staff are extremely clueless, received the wrong type or taco, the wrong filling, no sauce for churros and no bag to bring home £20 worth of food. Sixfields need to send some staff to this store for training.

   Over all dissatisfied. Food was flimsy and looked like 5yr old had made it. Was greeted at the till but most of the staff stood there doing nothing looking miserable. Will not be returning.
