Spoilt it when they got rid off upstairs..never no staff .lovely checkout operator. Rosemary always immaculate and a lovely personality. It's a another blow to the town center.
So, don't know what has happened to wilko Port Talbot. Used to be a great store with good selection! Now everytime I go in, there seems to be less and less on the shelf. Have been told by a staff member the bigger stores get priority on the stock and that wilko will be putting partition walls up to make it even smaller.
Still one of the best shops for basics, but many of the shelves were empty..? And not that busy on Sundays The car park in the centre is only a £1 on Sundays making it a good time to visit.
Hard to find a member of staff if you need one to show where something is and they only ever have one till working at a time! Cheap and cheerful otherwise!
Went in for screws, got screws. Nice and simple. Woman on the till was great as screws wrong bagged . Very happy with experience.

This store seems very basic and closes so early, around 5:30. The one I visited in Swansea had a lot better selection and even had a good value cafe. If you want to do better business improve your store and its opening hours as it looks run down.
Had the best experience shopping in store at port Talbot today . I needed help from a member of staff and I could not believe how helpful she was lynne you were very very helpful nothing was to much Trouble for you and I would like to thank you. You don’t get this service very often anymore it made my trip to the store very enjoyable. Wilco you have a really good member of staff there once again a big thank you Lynne
