Great service from the staff in P.T store, discovered a problem with the ball/float valve on my cold water cistern in my attic and fair play to the guys in store, they went and found a compatible part for me and assured that I could return it if there was an issue.. I managed to fix the problem that same morning. Top service
Called into screwfix port talbot to pick up some spray paint, I didn’t take my wallet with me as I wasn’t planning on going shopping (all my payment cards are on my phone anyway). After going through my address etc to place an order I was then asked for ID (I have to say the guy who asked was very polite). Obviously I didn’t have it as I didn’t have my wallet. I found it funny as the people behind the counter were clearly younger than me and refused to sell the paint (never had an issue previously). Was worth paying extra fuel money to grab what I needed in toolstation llansamlet as the service was much more efficient and grabbed more items as they were cheaper so in one way I’m glad they refused to sell the paint.

Service always excellent feel for the staff .. why don't people order the items needed online instead of holding up a queue for 1/2hr while he tries to explain a fixing he requires .. the poor girl goes and searches for 10mins brings back several items and he then says * I wanted 10mm not 12mm " bring back CLICK AND COLLECT .
