   Worst place ever do not buy anything from this place and also don't take your goods here. Bought an xbox series x before from them it was moldy in the fan got given a dodgy hdmi lead and power lead for it paid £350 for it and they wouldn't let me have a refund so I was gonna see how much they would buy it back offered me £130 for it absolute joke of people who work there. Then was looking at a price for a tablet which I paid £150 for its brand new only been used a few times offered £30 their prices are absolutely ridiculous advoid at all costs.

   Got ripped off big time by this store I highly recommend no one go buy or sell things in this store as they just ripped u off and don't care. I solt a brand new x box 1 controller,1 used but in great condition x box 1 controller and 3 ps4 controller to them.and they gave me 40 pound for them all. When 2 x box controllers are 30 40 pound each and the ps4 controllers are the same price. Its a joke of a store I will be contacting trading standers as this is not a great standers of trading this store need to be closed down its a disgrace to the town of portlabot. Attest cex domt ripped of there customers whats a ship store

   Date: 11/08/23. I purchased a belt sander to this shop and i always go to this store for many years but it will be the last I don't understand the attitude of that young lady ,she defenetly need to learn how to speak to peoples properly without been rude or maybe she is in a wrong job ..Its a shame because the rest of the staff was brilliant and always helpful but it take one person to change all of this so I decided not to go there again because i felt so unwelcome and look like it was too much trouble for her to do her a job i mean by this to be nice to the customers . Hopefully she will use this has a constructive feedback but for me it will be the last time I will spent my money there.

   Staff are rude, in fact as a retail manager myself it makes me wonder do they really know how they're staff handle they're business, along with they're lack of knowledge of items they sell, it seems to be a youth club for them. My advice, go to neath where you'll find yourself in what seems to be another business... they give the business a bad name, zero star's

   Visited today with the intention of selling some gold. I got offered half of what I sold this gold for in swansea. Half might not sound much but in this case I was £700 better off getting a second opinion in swansea. Will never return.

   I took a folding pedal bike in good condition to there once with my partner, as we walked in a female manageress said to her colleague, offer £25 ? For a £700 bike if brought new ? We told them it's a joke and how much it cost us, and he said we have to many bikes and they are not selljng ? Which is not our problem we walked out as we felt they were trying to con us and we're not prepared to offer us a fair price, the manageress was rude and unhelpful as well
