   Repair men come out four times replace parts and machine still does not work and now the machine doesn’t work at all the repair people don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve already spent $480 on parts. I could buy a whole new washing machine for $485. I just want my money back as they’ve never fixed the machine.

   Dishwasher stopped working, was quite old the repair costs would of been halfway to a new one. Had one in stock came to fit but new one had pump on the outside and my pipe wouldn't connect. They went and sourced the parts and had it fitted and working in no time. Hotpoint dishwasher is so much more quieter than old one. Brilliant service and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
