   Nice kitchen & plenty of choice. Dropped two stars as I had things to take back as too much was ordered when they measured the kitchen in the first place. They were happy to accept one of the items but I was told that some of the items had to go to Ammanford, so I then had to travel all the way to Ammanford to return the other items for a refund. I can’t understand why they can’t accept returns all in one depot.

   Limited colour selection, the outlet is very small and again not all colours displayed as compared to the website. Displayed also discounted range. Furthermore, the protection layer on top of the kitchen doors should be offered at a premium range as well, with 1mm thick outside layer to protect the door itself. No such models available. Experience was overall poor to what the website is promising. This location should be made much bigger and more selection of colours. Many improvements needs

   In general this is a great place and has what you need but when we bought our kitchen the designer put down the wrong one and we didn't realise until after the fridge/freezer housing had been cut and fitted. They did swap all the doors and the side panel but we had to pay out again for the panels for the fridge/freezer housing for something which wasn't our fault. Most disappointing.

   Would have been a better review, if, it wasn't for an issue with a corner larder unit. Howdens do not have an actual corner larder unit, to view in any showroom in South Wales. It is ,also, not visible in any brochure or on Howdens website. We viewed many competitors corner unit in showrooms which all had issues in that they were built in a certain way, Howdens rep assured us, the Howdens unit could be built in anyway we wanted and was very flexible. Unfortunately, no where on any paperwork or quote does it state that Howdens corner units don't come with back panels or panels for the top of the larder. Instead you have to look at your ceiling and wall instead. Our kitchen installer didn't know this, either, but instead built us a brilliant larder with backing panel and a top, but this cost our builders extra as Howdens didn't supply enough panels. So all those pictures you see of Howdens kitchen larder on Instagram etc, be warned, these will have cost the customers extra money to look like this.
