I went in needing a new mirror. They didn’t have the correct one in stock but said they did in Hove. I was told it had been reserved for me and was ready if I went over now. When I got to Hove, they didn’t have the correct mirror. The Hove branch said the Newhaven branch should have called to check before sending me all that way.
Can’t recommend any where else to go! Great service and great help , Spoke to Yaz and she sorted me out exactly what I need. She also went above and beyond to help put the part on my car!! She was so helpful and so friendly couldn’t have have better service big shout out to her at Newhaven auto Lec ! I will always be back !!

Friendly and helpful staff. They always seem to have the parts I require in stock but if they don't they are very quick at getting them in. I always go here for any car parts I need.
