I can’t praise the team at Polegate enough. I take my car there for any/all issues and MOTs. This year my car failed, the team were so friendly and helpful explaining my options - I am 8 months pregnant and stressed out, they we super understanding and helpful. Will continue to visit there in whichever car I have in future.
I had my car's MOT at this station, and I'm very happy to recommend it. They found a problem and fixed everything the very next day, which was really kind of them. They checked all the important systems and gave recommendations. I just can't thank you enough for your wonderful service - you really went above and beyond!
I have my service and other works done on my car and the boys in the garage are very friendly especially Glen as he always goes beyond to help and rescue me even when I was late turning up one occasion due to heavy traffic, Thank You so much. The beauty of Formula One auto centre is they are also open on Sundays which is brilliant. If you want your car to be well looked after then I highly recommend you book in with them.
Used them twice now and they are quick to diagnose problems and fix them at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly too. If you book your MOT online and pay at the time, you get a good discount. Highly recommended.
Took my car in for MOT. I had such Good service, but I decided to take the car back this year. Excellent service again. Also, they charge less than other places so that is a bonus.
Horrible customer service, booked a replacement tyre though Asda tyres and was told that the email had not come through so couldn't fit it today, was also told that they didn't have time to fit it today anyway. Called Asda tyres and they resent the email, funnily enough F1 were then able to fit my tyre. Unfortunately their attitude and rudeness will make sure I will never go back there again.
Been a customer for over twenty years. I'll no longer be a customer. The service just isn't what it once was. Was way way over charged for work a couple of years ago, but I desperately needed my car. Needed a replacement part doing a few months ago and they turned it down. That's a first and very recently said that they'd repaired something on my car when they HAD NOT!!
Always first class for tyres and punctures...they go out of their way to help you..I've found them to be excellent and don't go anywhere else..huge thanks to George and team for Always getting me back on the road.
If there was an option to leave a review without a star I would ! One star isn't even worthy of these crooks ! All they had to do was simply change a tyre and the oafs broke my locking wheel nut and proceeded to explain to me I would have to drill the security bolts out ! I managed to obtain a new locking wheel nut and get the wheels off without drilling anything which clearly shows their advice is misleading and I would strongly recommend to anyone finding an alternative garage ! The phycology used by the team is bullying and I wish I read through more of the reviews before bringing my car here as there's enough warnings not to come here if you look for them! Wish anyone who goes here all the luck in the world ! You'll need it ! Light up the darkness !
