   I used Suttonz for the very first time for my Mercedes C250 which was a recommendation from my son who uses Suttonz for his own Merc. Booking was flawless and booked for a full service and thermo sensor to be replaced. I was also provided with a courtesy car which was so helpful for me to drop my car off and then onwards to work. The car had a sensor replaced and a full service but turned out it was the incorrect sensor replaced and the engine management light remained on. The guys looked again at the OBD readout and it transpired the sensor up in the engine bay was the culprit and not the one under the car. The car was re-booked for a few Saturdays later and the correct sensor was fitted in less than a few hours. The engine light went out and the error code gone. I was not charged for the second visit and for that I am truly grateful. The team, from the lady on reception through to the mechanics, were awesome , good communication throughout and I am happy that my car is now fixed. Full service and sensor replaced was not overly expensive and customer service was great. Thanks guys and see you soon.

   I visited the Westham branch of Suttonz today for my car MOT. They did me a huge favour by fitting me in at late notice and carried out the task whilst I waited in their comfortable waiting area. They were exceptionally friendly and really put my nerves at ease. I would certainly recommend this garage and I have every intention of using them again. Thanks guys!

   Good and bad ! Came in on the 30th with my rs5 for 4 tyres to be fitting and alignment . The staff in general are polite and lovely. My car is sporty and sits quite low and I suggested that it needed something (ramps, planks) to get it in and the younger males took care of this :). A honest garage also I must admit as my car was already aligned and didn’t need further alignment so they only charged for the fitting of tyres . However the younger female with coloured hair reversed my car bit quicker than it went in and without putting the planks down and it scrapped and peeled off the paint on the bottom of the bumper . On an expensive car this is heartbreaking but if it was on a run around I wouldn’t care but I’m positive the principle would go for any car . She knew I saw and was standing there and didn’t apologise or not even acknowledge what occurred and her colleagues saw too. The spacers were also put on the wrong way round unfortunately but that’s an easy fix but the front bumper lip now needs a respray. Very disappointed

   Just had my air con re-gassed while I waited for £59.95 - all went well and now it works like new again. Also got a price for four-wheel alignment (£79.95) - that’s next on my to-do list and I’ll be going back to Suttonz for that too.
