TPS – a company stuck in the past I’ve visited TPS twice. The first time at Gatwick, where I was told they were having an inventory day and not serving customers at all. The second time in Brighton – I was informed that orders can be placed only by phone. In an age when almost everything can be ordered online within seconds, this approach feels completely outdated. They probably have their own reasons for not offering online sales – that’s their business. But from a customer’s perspective, especially for individuals who repair their own vehicles, it’s a huge disadvantage. They do accept private customers, yet still require phone calls for every order. Whatever the reason may be, for an end customer this system is inconvenient, time-consuming and simply not up to modern standards. TPS really needs to realise that we are living in the 21st century.

Competent bunch but you cannot order anything from the address. Only by phone , even if you are outside!

Been using tps for years and years now, they are always friendly and polite. Never had any major issues. The odd damaged part in transit but it gets rectified straight away.

Polite helpful staff. Had what I needed in stock. Good price plus a small discount on top. Answered the phone quickly. Excellent click and collect service keeping customers and staff safe during this ghastly pandemic. Honked my horn and someone appeared straight away with my order. Recommended +++

I do dislike vw group for abominations like Audi, but that's what keeps mechanics working, TPS will never go out of business as they supplying parts for most unreliable cars ever produced. Nice service though and prices are better for same genuine parts thank in Audi/vw/Skoda dealership
