   Outstanding customer service, i have an account with the Derby branch, but rang this branch to order a part for a job while working in the area & they were efficient and friendly & arranged for it to be delivered to the mechanic at the customers address to avoid any delay in his working time. Cannot recommend this Motorfactors enough! Even a customer of mine waiting for his MOT to be completed in the garage overheard the conversation and was very impressed!! Fantastic!!
