   Called into Halfords at Newhaven after leaving the ferry with a low tyre pressure warning light. The team checked the tyre thoroughly there and then, put the right pressure in, and reset the warning. All without charge or appointment. Excellent service from an incredible friendly team. We left the garage with a four hour journey in front of us with confidence that we did not have a puncture. Many thanks Halfords at Newhaven.

   Product was available in store for immediate collection. Staff were super helpful even carrying a heavy battery to my vehicle for me. When most of my purchases are conducted online it was refreshing to be able to go into a store, find the products I wanted and leave with them on the same day, thanks to the kind and helpful staff.

   I took my son’s mountain bike to Halfords in Newhaven for a silver service, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the team were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely knowledgeable. The service was thorough and careful, and the quality of work was absolutely outstanding. his bike is like brand new. It’s clear they really care about what they do. Brilliant store. Brilliant staff.    Within about 7 seconds of entering the store I was asked by a member of staff if I needed any help. I was then shown in person where the electric pumps were and given advice about the different makes/models. I didnt have to queue and paid swiftly for my Jelly Belly air freshener. An all round great experience.

   Found Newhaven Halfords easy. It's on the A259 left at the first roundabout after you pass Sainsbury's, which is on your right. There were not many in Halfords this afternoon. It was a straight in, find what I was looking for, and then pay, and out again. Car parking is available, is near the train station and bus stop. You can even cycle to Halfords and lock your bike up secure.

   I popped in this morning with no notice as there was a fault on my dash with some bulbs, Norm greeted me and was very helpful and changed the bulbs for me he really went above and beyond and was such a friendly guy. He is an absolute credit to you and i will definetly be reccomending this store to friends and family in the future.

   Excellent service. I wish I had taken notice of his name, as the person who fitted my tail-light bulb was excellent. He was rightly confident, and fitted the bulb quickly and carefully, ensuring that it worked properly before I left. He was polite and friendly. Well done Halfords in Newhaven. I'll be back next time I need a bulb fitted in my car.
