   Similar to many other reviews I wish we checked. Promised a 5 day order by Ben who was lovely to us until it was too late, it ended up taking over a month to arrive, only when they eventually shipped and it was too late to cancel did we learn they were coming from Germany and wouldn't arrive in time despite numerous promises they would. Upon attempting to return we're told it's not only at our cost but we must return to a German address despite initially ordering from a UK company. In the meantime we ordered from a different company, John Brown Wheels which arrived the next day and saved us where SC failed miserably. When these wheels eventually arrived we found them in the same packaging and labelled as JBW, who were significantly cheaper so all these guys did was drop ship, charge a premium and provide awful customer service at the same time. Avoid at all costs, will never recommend.

   Parts not arrived in time frame as alluded to when ordering. Phoned twice and told that they were dispatched 9 days ago - apparently coming in from Germany which was not apparent when ordering from their website. Could have ordered from another UK supplier and had them overnight. Zero help and lack of customer service when phoned to chase. Told to get in touch with UPS as it’s their problem now. NEVER AGAIN!

   Just don't bother! Ordered a couple of wheels in November and was advised 2-3 weeks. Its now March and they have still not been delivered so i have cancelled the order and asked for a refund. 4 months! Multiple delivery updates offered only after i chased. Communication is non existent. Absolute waste of time.

   I wouldn't take much notice of the poor reviews. I was nervous on reading them myself but I took a chance and I'm so glad I did. The service was excellent, delivery on time and they were far cheaper than anywhere else and gave me a discount. The fact there are so few reviews over a long period of time, suggests these are probably just isolated incidents and the vast majority have a great experience so don't go looking for somewhere to air their grievances.

   Parts are 3x as expensive as other suppliers and delivery is awful. Every time that I've rang to chase it up they're arrogant, sarcastic and just not interested. If you're buying classic Jag parts stick with SNG Barratt and DMG. Avoid these like the plague.

   Avoid at all costs. I ordered a part on the 26th November and 10 weeks later, I'm still waiting for my part. At no point have SC Parts contacted me to provide an update. I feel frustrated, disappointed and angry that they've taken my money and I'm still without a part I desperately need. No customer service whatsoever so all in all, one star rating is being generous.

   I wish I read the other poor reviews before ordering, I’ve had many of the same issues lying about stock and when they can fulfil said stock. Not issuing refunds because they have to be sent to Germany, sorry but that’s not your consumers problem! It wouldn’t be as bad if you sent them back to Germany as quickly as they arrive from Germany. Anyway anyone reading this thinking it won’t happen to you, it will so don’t be fooled!!!

   Worsts parts suppliers in the world. I order my parts in January 2022, but until now, May, still got nothing! I ask for refund, almost 6weeks, still no refund! The guy keep saying "parts will arrive next week" " i will do the refund now" , buy I get NOTHING!! Cheater! Cheater! Cheater!
