Thanks for all your help with bits from NRW stateside for my e90 m3. Nice and easy and prompt delivery and look mint in the engine bay. Billet Valve covers, spark plug tubes, oil cap and filler system and gaskets. No more leaks and looks great.

   Been going to Ben since he was in his original small unit, seen them move as they've grown. First F80 M3 through their door, started with a few basic bits ending in them building me a fully forged engine. In short good bunch of guys with a massive knowledge base and willing to help everyone. Would highly recommend them.

   I would not hesitate to use these guys for any engine work, no matter how complex, technical or challenging. I approached Hack in 2021 with an enquiry to build a new s65 engine due to a cracked main block due to existing use. I put a call in to then and from my very first conversation with Alex it was clear that these guys were at the top of their game! I was discussing the build with three companies whilst I was weighing up my options; Hack were the most knowledgeable and through ongoing open dialogue about what I hoped to achieve out of an engine build these guys got the job. A date was agreed and throughout the build they kept me updated, were very transparent and upfront with any extra charges which were not avoidable. Alex, Ben and the team were incredibly professional. The workshop was clean, properly set up with a professional back end accounts set up. They showed me around the workshop when I dropped the engine off and I met the team, effectively cementing my decision to trust them with a complex and exciting build. Collected the car recently with detailed specification and information with nicely packaged old/redundant parts ready for storage until needed. Extremely happy and an easy review to write.    I made a call into Hack Engineering to get some info and guidance. Ben was the person who assisted me and provided me with some answers to my questions. I asked for some pricing options. In no later than 1 to 2 hrs I get his email with all quotes and options. I made my mind up and had the car booked in. A very welcoming culture. I was able to work on my laptop there whilst awaiting an exciting Stage 2 on my 440i with some uprated braking bits. I left with a smile on my face. No waiting about for answers. Ben is always on top form in responding back with speed. Thank you Ben and to the team there. It's great to have an experience like this and I can only hope to build future trust and loyalty this way.

Daily updates consistently keeping me up to speed with how my works are coming together. Time frames and dates were spot on even though some parts were slightly delayed.    Always been into modifying cars and recently moved from Audi to BMW. Hack's reputation is ridiculously strong so there was only one place I was going to take my car. Ben and the team are incredibly knowlegdable, friendly with nothing ever being too much trouble, always happy to answer questions and offer guidance and advise. My M4 ended up having a stage 1 the result is amazing better power delivery, additional ponies and of course as great sound. So much so I will be back for stage 2 likely within the next 6 months if not sooner. Cannot recommend Ben and the team enough makes the 2.5 hour journey each way more than worth it. Sure there are tuners closer but they aren't Hack Engineering.

   I have replaced the SMG motor onmy E46 M3. I did this purely for preventative reasons. I am astounded by the difference this has made; The car primes almost instantly without waiting. The pump is quieter, smoother and gear changes are quicker. Without a doubt this has transformed the driving experience. Well worth the investment. I also have to say that Ben was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the process. Thanks Ben, appreciate your help..
