   After a very recent non successful trip to Brighton Kwik Fit I'd like to put a shout out for the Uckfield branch. The manager Simon, couldn't have been more helpful. The tyre was changed for a new one and all tyres were checked for pressure. Apparently, each tyre pressure happened to be way off. This was obviously not checked on the previous visit to the Brighton shop the day before. Nothing was too much trouble and I left feeling very well informed and happy with the outcome. I shall be visiting this branch for any other future works that need carrying out.

The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient — they explained everything clearly and had my car ready sooner than expected. The whole experience was stress-free and great value for money.    I was going to write to head office to give them a good review myself, so hope this reaches them. I have been to this branch twice now and have left feeling very pleased with the service. Nothing is too much for them, and they have sorted it ON the day both times, which is really great when you need your car to get to work! They are friendly and approachable. Please can you reward them in some way - perhaps half a day's holiday each??

   Brilliant experience here, they really helped me out at short notice. The guy on the front desk was such a nice bloke, he got my car in straight away, as he knew I was rushing to get to my Christmas meal night out. He talked me through the issue with my tyre and even wheeled it into the reception area so I could see the damage for myself. Very honest and professional service. I would 100% recommend this garage to others, as they have great customer service.

   I was skeptical about going to Kwick Fit as a few people had told me not to go to there and the reputation didn’t sound great. But I will make sure people are aware of how great they actually are! The customer service I received was absolutely amazing. I could not recommend the team enough. Thoroughly went through everything they had checked and what they had done. As a female it can be daunting but they really were fantastic!

   My first MOT! Couldn't of felt more comfortable and more happy with the service ill be booking my mot next year and the year they were lovely (Fin, Pete, Leigh) they explained he process and answered my worries and questions and overall made an experience thats a bit never racking a fun one!:) they were honest, polite and overall just made me feel really comfortable. Had a laugh with pete when getting my car done which made it a bit less nerve racking. So Thank you!
