Absolutely shocking. I wish i had gone with Carcoon as they are so much better quality. Customer service at Auto Bubble was terrible and blamed the defects to the bubble on me for putting a rope, (through the eyelets that are attached to the bubble) to suspend the bubble in case of deflation and to keep the bubble off my show car. To be clear there is no tension on the bubble at all but apparently this voids all warranty. Buy quality is my advice but not Auto Bubble.
