   Just had a new battery fitted at Burgess Hill store the service was exceptional within 15 minutes they were able to fit and program a new battery in my VW Golf such friendly staff.

   I visited Halfords today in Burgess Hill. I dealt with 3 people, didn't catch names but all 3 were decent and helpful. I was fixing a car that had a suspected faulty battery. I had tested Voltage output which was fine but suspected a problem with cranking output efficiency, I asked them to check the battery, which they did, my suspicions confirmed. System showed no battery available, I raised a query since the current battery was simply a HsB 05, very standard. The guy agreed he walked me to the battery department located a suitable replacement carried it back to the cashier desk . I paid didn't ger a receipt for some reason. Maybe because we were talking. Would be good if I could get a receipt I can provide date time etc. Hopefully won't need it. I fitted battery myself. Well done nice customer service, thank you .

   I needed a battery check and replacement battery if as I suspected mine was on it's way out. Promptly checked and confirmed I needed a new one. Not a 5 minute job replacing the Kuga battery but all done professionally ensuring no loss of codes etc by friendly staff. My only slight criticism would be only one choice and price of battery but I was just a drive in, so maybe with an advance booking there may have been a choice. Also I joined the Halfords motering club that gave me a free fitting and £10 off the battery price and some future benefits. Overall a good experience.

   Have been in to store a couple of times this weekend to view and then purchase a couple of bikes. The service provided by the assistant (Alex) was excellent. He took the time to explain the features of the bikes to us, pros and cons, and patiently answer our questions. Came across as extremely knowledgeable and provided sensible balanced guidance. Time will tell on how good the bikes are but for now really pleased with the help provided to help us make our decisions. Thank you.

   Excellent service and knowledge. Went in to look at the bikes and the guy who served us knew exactly what type of bike I needed and took his time to explain everything. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name but it begun with an A! When we picked the bike up he had it all ready and again, took his time to make sure everything was as I wanted. So lovely to receive such superior service. Would highly recommend.

   Absolute 5 star service today. My only regret is that I didn’t get the man’s name! From answering the phone at 10am, to the service I got when I took my bike in on my lunch break! He assured me it would it be ready at 4pm and he didn’t let me down! Highly recommend!

   Absolutely brilliant and professional! They did both of my dipped headlight bulbs around 10 - 15 mins! Didn't have to take front bumper off which I was told you have to in order to replace the bulbs. They done a really good job! I'd use them again definitely!
