   A couple of years ago I bought some Gaz coilovers for my Astra from another supplier, supposedly selected for the weight and specifics of my car. I didn't get around to fitting them for a while, and not long after fitting them I found the ride could be quite harsh. It took me a while longer to realise what the problem was. The springs I had been sent were far too soft for my car, and the harshness was caused by the springs going coilbound over big bumps. Due to the time elapsed, the original supplier refused to acknowledge any responsibility, and even worse, refused to help me resolve the problem. So I contacted Julian at Balance Motorsport, and he spent a considerable amount of time in back and forth discussion via email, assisting me in selecting the correct rate springs, which I subsequently ordered from him. After I had fitted them, I took the car down to him and had the geometry and alignment set up. As a result of the new springs and geometry my car has been transformed. It's so much fun to drive now, the amount of grip the car has is phenomenal, and the ride is smooth and controlled. I'm hugely grateful, Julian's knowledge, customer service and prices are second to none.

   Would highly recommend. I’d been messed about by a few eBay sellers for some white line poly bushes. So I ordered from Balance Motorsport. Julian took time to email me and explain that there was a supply issue with white line and I may be waiting a while. He then offered me a discount on some power flex bushes so I didn’t have to wait. I’ve now ordered a few parts from balance and it’s the first place I check when I’m in need of car part. I wish more places could be like this!

   The guys at Balance are real car guys, very knowledgeable and good to deal with, got my classic bmw corner weighted after they adjusted the kw suspension (variant 3) it drives so much better now! They also kindly alerted me to couple of unrelated issues under the car. Would use them again without hesitation.

   Needed some replacement KW springs for my car and I rang lots of places. Balance Motorsport were the most helpful out of all the places I called. Really helpful, knowledgeable, and did what they said they would do. Called back when they said they would. In this day and age it's really nice to find businesses which actually care about delivering what they promise. .I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in future and also recommend them to others to use too.
