   Had to open a samsung galaxy watch 8 box to check the product was in there, when i needed to return it they refused due to seal being broken. so, basically if you look at the product you can't return it even if it hasn't been taken out and used. Im never buying from argos again. Also the woman that said i couldn't return it was blunt and quite miserable. I think she's the manager. I will be making a complaint about the whole situation. Pathetic customer service.

   Don't bother ordering online, I've never seen such a disorganised shambles. Whoever runs this place ought to be ashamed of themselves. Staff awfully rude does nothing to appease the situation

   Saw a lot of bad reviews recently so was a bit worried about shopping here when my local Argos didn't have what I wanted in stock. But I didn't need to worry. The staff where friendly and helpful. They helped bring the items to the car, just asked us to move it closer for ease if life. Was well maintained and clean, with lots of clearance items by the tills.

   Asked the sale lady if my product was heavy as it was shelves. A big strong man put it down on the counter, and the lady said no . When I tried to lift it I couldn't even get it off the counter!! I said I can't lift it. Nobody wanted to know to help, and hid behind the counter and walked away. My 11 year old boy had to help me take it to the car with me . They could have been a bit more helpful maybe offering a trolley. Just so rude ! Unfortunately this product wasn't available in port talbot the staff there are amazing

   Pip the manager was asked a question by Luke (I think it was his name) on how to put something through the till as he had never done it before. She gave him an awful stare and sniggered. I said to the guy not to worry as everyone had to learn how to do it even the manager. Her attitude was disgusting towards her staff. Very disappointing to witness..

   I Had just bought a Huawei P smart from this store at the time I wasnt aware that the new Huawei doesnt have google play store anymore. All I had done is open the box and noticed a leaflet stating they only have there own app store and doesn't have vital apps that I require to use. When I returned to the store an hour later they refused to take the phone back as they claim this to be as used now even though I offered to exchange it for a more expensive phone and still said that they will not take it from me. I decided to go via live chat and raise a complaint and once I explained my frustration and wanted to raise a complaint she ended the chat which I found very rude and not very customer service based. I find customer service is very poor and would recommend that if you buy from the store that you don't require having to return it back cause you will have problems. happy to take money but lack customer service if there is any problem with any product they sell.
