“One of the more friendly Iceland stores with very helpful staff. Located on the edge of the town centre and East Gate. Plenty of nearby car parking space and close to Llanelli Bus Station. Not as busy as some Iceland stores I use. Prices are competitive and they offer a free delivery service if you spend £20 or more and live within their delivery catchment area.”

“It's a great shop for low price good, from foods, home cleaning, decorations, technology,car cleaning products and more. My all time favourite shop to go to when going shopping. Always had great customer experience and easy to go around the shop. Car park is right outside and also has disabled parking.”

“Saw a lot of bad reviews recently so was a bit worried about shopping here when my local Argos didn't have what I wanted in stock. But I didn't need to worry. The staff where friendly and helpful. They helped bring the items to the car, just asked us to move it closer for ease if life. Was well maintained and clean, with lots of clearance items by the tills.”

“We made our purchase today at the Crosshands store. We had previously visited the Cardiff store so knew what pram we wanted. The saleswoman went over everything for us again of what was included, and were shown about the ventilation sections and that it came in different colours which we didn’t know about, so it was great to have her show us everything again. She explained everything thoroughly from the details of the pram, to when we would receive it etc. Very pleasant and easy shopping experience. Thank you :)”

“Situated in a retail parc with other giants like Tesco Holland and Barrett Dunelm it's a very popular store..the ground floor has a very well stocked food hall with everything you could possibly need including a huge selection of ready prepared party dishes festive dishes wine and gorgeous flowers which last for weeks! Adjacent is the very spacious women's clothing section stocked with all the latest fashions a good footwear range bags and a section of pretty bedding and lamps..a large counter paying area so no waiting with very helpful courteous staff who go the extra mile! Upstairs by escalator or lift is the really well stocked and well presented mens department.. leading to a gorgeous and adorable baby and children's clothing section with very cute designs and hair accessories..this leads on to a large spectacle and sunglasses area and then the selfservice cafe with sandwiches pastries cakes and a fair selection of hot food..it is very popular at certain times and because of its design can mean queing which is a little tedious but the staff are helpful and will bring dishes to your table.. I like this store as there is always something that catches your eye and it is easy to navigate and as mentioned the staff are lovely - unlike the Kings Road branch in Chelsea London where unfortunately they can be indifferent and brusque!!”

“Love this shop, it's the only one open on a Sunday till very late in my area. Nice choice of products and u can find most things....yes they maybe a little more expensive but for location and convienienc you can't go wrong. Also look out for their bargains and frozen food offers they are well worth thinking about. The staff are friendly and the car park always full, all a good sign of a winning combination”
