   Exceptional Service at KwikFit Newhaven I recently visited KwikFit Newhaven after a distressing experience with a pothole that burst my Tyre. From the moment I arrived, Harley on reception and Reece the mechanic were incredibly supportive and understanding. Despite my anxiety, they quickly and efficiently replaced my Tyre, and their kindness truly made a world of difference. Harley’s warm welcome and Reece’s professionalism helped ease my nerves, and their positive attitude even brought a smile to my face during a tough moment.    Booked an online appointment on short notice on the weekend due to a problem with my car while in holiday nearby. The problem turned out to be a non-issue. The guys there were super friendly and checked it quickly and confirmed that everything was fine. Cannot comment on how quickly a real issue could be fixed but they seemed very competent.

   Puncture repair. Dorian fitted me in, even though they were fully booked. The work was undertaken efficiently and all the tyres were checked for wear/damage and the pressures adjusted. First class service, couldn’t fault them.

   Really helpful friendly staff, sorted my tracking quickly. Little disappointed as my car was booked for an mot the next day during this I was informed that my steering boots had been twisted really badly. This was caused by the tracking being adjusted. It would of taken 2 minutes to cut the cable ties and untwist the boots before fitting new cable ties. I feel this was a very sloppy finish that could of and should of been sorted at the time. If I hadn't of had the mot done I wouldn't of known and would of had to replace both boots as they would of quickly been destroyed.

   I had just arrived on the ferry back from Dieppe after visiting a family member who was hospitalised, and the previous night I had found my car with a flat tyre on the hospital car park - not the best 24 hours of my life ::((( I knew I could not drive back to Bristol with the spare wheel so arrived at Kwik Fit Newhaven on a Saturday just before 4pm. Bearing in mind that they close at 5pm and they were incredibly busy, they still managed to fit me in and went above and beyond, I can only recommend their professionalism and kindness.

   Took my astra here after receiving pretty shoddy/unprofessional service at Halfords Newhaven. Gavin was great - repaired the problem within a day. Much more professional and better priced than Halfords by far!
