   My wife’s pride and joy, a 2002 Audi A4 convertible owned by her dad from new, suffered a blown head gasket. It is a labour intensive and difficult repair needing specialist tooling not easily available in UK for a 23 year old car. Sam and his team literally worked a miracle restoring the car, replacing corroded lines and leaking water pump as they found them within two weeks, where other garages even main dealers did not want to take on this challenging job. When we collected the Audi it was valeted to showroom standard at no extra cost and now drives like new. Outstanding workmanship and service! Just had a service and mot this week and all was good with the car due to them looking after it all the time.    Took my mini cooper convertible in for a diagnostic review of the tyres and also they looked at the dashboard as a couple of the warning lights were on. Stephen was amazing. Really helpful, sorted out the issues and because it only took half an hour, instead of an hour, he only charged me half. Highly recommend this garage as clearly they are trustworthy and professional. I shall definitely use them again. Very happy customer.

   Excellent all round service. Based on my experience I would recommend Auto Vets ahead of Audi. Autovets fitted us in weeks ahead of any Audi garage (called multiple dealerships). They were great with communication, isolated and identified problem, explained the issues, quoted and fixed within 48hrs of go ahead. Reasonably priced, great result.

   Sam kept me informed throughout the repair as my Audi A3 DSG unit failed causing the car to come to standstill! A common faults if you look at car forums. Pricing was competitive and he was very patient in explaining to me it’s importance and various repair options available. As a bit of a car geek, he took his time to explain why it fails and how it works. Great service and pricing, I can see why they are come recommend by local garages! Even main dealers use them when they can’t figure gearbox issues. Thanks for all your hard work and fitting my car in for repair so quickly before Christmas!

   I booked my Grand Cherokee in for wheel alighnment and wheel rotation, plus oil and filter change. These tasks were performed to a professional standard. As a bonus, there was an issue with door slightly catching the from wing on opening due to the wind blowing it open. I did not mention it, but Sam, decided to sort it out anyways, free of charge. So I can highly recommend this garage as the atmosphere, work ethic and honesty is A1!

   Very pleased with their work. Performed a cambelt replacement on my Audi which requires specialist tools few dealers have. Courtesy car provided. The invoice came in slightly cheaper than their quote, and a good £200 cheaper than the main dealer quote.
