   My bonnet opened on the dual carriageway, smashing the windscreen and denting the roof. The guys at Sussex Windscreens / Autoscreen Sussex were great. Came to my house to check the roof dents wouldn't cause a problem, then worked with my dent guy to get the windscreen replaced and the dents fixed at the same time. Price was good, work was great, service was outstanding.

   Called John & Austin to replace rusted and leaking sliding rear windows on my VW T5. John was so helpful on the phone explaining options and costs. Booked van in and Austin did a fabulous job of fitting the new ones. I would highly recommend John & Austin , their super customer service, friendly and approachable manners, professionalism and high standard of workmanship is excellent.    These guys are fantastic. I took my wife’s car with a chip in the windscreen for a repair. They spotted immediately that it had already been repaired and gave me really informed and considered advice about what had been done previously and what we should do now, which essentially is just to monitor it, without in any way trying to sell me something. They even took the time to have a further conversation with my wife about it later when she needed further reassurance. I heartily recommend them and will make a point of going back to them when we need to.

   I called them about a Sunstrip Banner that I bought online, called to book a time and they installed it with no problem, it took longer because I forgot it was supposed to be a dry application but they did it wet. It was totally my fault and can't blame them for that. The Sunstrip is still on and looking good

Incredibly professional and helpful, my only regret is not contacting them sooner to get help fitting my window. I will 100% be going back to get more work done on my van as i know it will be in good hands.

   We really struggled to get seat belts fitted in our T5 camper. These guys were amazing. All done in a couple of hours for a fraction of the price some of the seat belt services were quoting us. Super friendly and passionate about what they do. Will definitely be using them again!
