   Item is very very close to the geniune one. More than afew inches away and they are identical. The various materials feel the same, texture, colour same, the wiring connectors are the same size so they plug in to the existing harness perfectly. There are some part numbers on the orange indicator lens but not the same place as the original. Internally it looks very close to the original, the screw looks the same, the bulb internal reflector is similar. All in all if I’d bought an original genuine YZF-R6 bike with these pattern parts in I’d almost definitely not known. Even the wires are codes correctly with a great colour match. Top marks for an item that is non critical, at one third the cost.

   Absolutely first class service. Son’s KTM indicator was broken so ordered a new unit. Didn’t pay for fast delivery but was dispatched same day and arrived next. Unfortunately the brand new sealed KTM unit that arrived was faulty (these things happen). Carlos was very prompt to respond and dispatched a new one immediately and a prepaid envelope. New one worked perfectly. Rare to get such brilliant service these days - highly recommend.

   Wemoto is without doubt the best place in the UK for motorcycle parts and it's backed up with outstanding customer service. Used wemoto for about 3 years now I have only had one issue with a part I wasn't happy with but Justin in customer service not only sorted it he did it extremely quickly without fuss, in fact I would say he went above and beyond to make sure it was sorted. Postage rates are fair and always arrive on time, selection of OEM and pattern parts means a decent price range aswel as quality. Top company and staff.

   Needed a chain, sprocket and tire for my XR, ordered Thursday morning, arrived friday afternoon. Packaged amazingly. Could drive a tank over that packaging and everything would be okay!    How many times do I have to call about the same thing? with promises to check why I have a different item than the one pictured on the website? Then no one gets back to me. All I want to know is have I the correct part according to your stock and if not can I have the correct one? Or do I need to go elsewhere. Wasted several days now (postal strikes haven't helped) Always been great to deal with before but this time I have no luck with you. I know it's not a high-priced item but it's easy enough surely.

   Really happy with the service and phone support! Even that I have a rare not popular scooter they got all the parts I've needed until now. And if it happens that the item won't fit they will take care of the return and fully refund you. Last but not least, something that is not obvious on the site and I was surprised to find out is the really fast delivery, I had the parts next working day every time!
