   Felt sorry for the parking attendant ( tbf seemed a really nice guy) who had obviously been told to tell customers that they couldn’t park outside Dunelm and walk down the steps to the shops below. I suspect he wasn’t told to STOP the customers from the lower carpark coming up to Dunelm. The “conversation” with him left a bad taste in my mouth, so didn’t go to the other shops ( their loss) and can’t see any reason to put myself through that upset again, when I can order off Amazon from the comfort of my armchair.

   Ordered a lampshade on line . Easy collection and quick service. Looked around store , decent prices on bedding, curtains, gifts and housewares, lots of Addis household kitchen and bathroom products at decent prices

   I called the Swansea branch to ask if a particular item was there, the person on the phone confirmed twice that the items were there. Spent lots of money to get to the store in a taxi to be told that they don't have the items and have never heard of them. Cannot trust what they say. The manager did not deal with the issue. The call wasn't recorded, they couldn't even tell me who I spoke to and would not do anything to rectify the issue.

   Having just had new curtains, poles and blinds fitted it would be rude not to say a huge thank you to Becky and Brian. We were slightly nervous about it all but as soon as we walked in Becky explained, very clearly, the process and all the different materials. We quite simply chose what we wanted and then the whirlwind that is Becky took over the ordering and arranging dates, to suit us, For Brian to come round, measure up and subsequently fit the curtains and blinds. You're in safe hands with Brian. He's obviously very experienced and professional. Measurements were spot on and everything fitted perfectly. Plus he's a nice guy. Some years ago we went through the same exercise with a well known competitor. It was a nightmare. THANK YOU DUNELM!!! Ellie and Ollie

   A great store with large selection of household items giving plenty of choice. I bought bedding sets and anti slip mats for the bathroom. Cafe is very nice too we had lunch there. Staff there were very helpful. Store very bright and airy Very good experience.

   Love the store and very often purchase goods, unfortunately the other week had bought quite a few items which came to £145 in total 1 of my items was a bit small for what i needed so decided to return it unfortunately again I had lost my receipt which I was so annoyed as usually I have one sent to my email address but thought I would try to return as I have proof of purchase through my bank and the time ,but was told by a young person at the till they could not do any thing another staff member heard what u was saying and said that they could possibly trace the transaction but she had to speak to the manager which was faor enough but I was then told there us nothing they could do when all I wanted to do was exchange the item fot a bigger rug was so disappointed

   I went to view and purchase some thermal curtains and a kingsize headboard. They didn’t have enough stock in of the curtains and after I couldn’t find any headboards was advised they don’t sell them in store. Although I could view the curtains, to check the colour which was helpful I left empty handed which was frustrating. I also wanted to see what the headboards looked like before buying. Sometimes colour/quality of item end up different to what you view online and it is not convenient ordering/returning these if not correct. Ended up buying curtains online and still haven’t decided on a headboard. Rest of the store had a nice selection of other household goods. Coffee shop upstairs which was busy.

   Great for click and collect. Hardly any staff so be prepared for 1 person on the till and a long queue. They have a member of staff sat looking at you when you arrive. They're enough to put you off going in. Get rid of that person and have them on the shop floor or on a till.
