   Our clutch failed near the garage. A very helpful and friendly technician even helped us push the car to the garage, which we already use for tyres. The fault was diagnosed very quickly and the repair completed very promptly with good communication along the way. I'd say faultless.

   Not happy. Went in for three things which were all mentioned when booking. 1. Silver car service - that was done fine. 2. Bonnet cable replacement - not done. Apparently the lock needed replaceing too which they didn't know (fair enough), but they only ordered one of two cable parts. Surely you would look up what you need? (they had the Reg) 3. Screw in tyre (fix or replace) - not done. When picking up the car I asked about the puncture to be told there was none. They told me all four tyres were getting low, so they looked at them, but obviously didnt look properly. I can still see the screw in my tyre and am still leaking air (even though i told them it was there). And they call themselves Elite Garages

   Be careful - do not trust their MOT services. After failing my car on “emissions”, and refusing to properly diagnose the car they quoted me a ridiculous price to change the cat converter without actually investigating the issue. Found two different independent mechanics to query MOT results, both discovered after warming the engine correctly the MOT passed its emissions tests. New MOT test has picked up however a dangerous fault in the suspension, which I had observed rattling for previously whilst driving. Not only have Elite garages failed to perform my MOT correctly, they missed a very dangerous fault and try to over quote me for work that didn’t need doing. I have now found a reliable trusted mechanic who is repairing for half the price I was quoted at Elite. Mechanics at Elite are either lazy or incompetent (or both) DO NOT RECOMMEND!

   I've used this garage a few times now, most recently for an MOT which flagged that I needed both front shock absorbers replacing. The work was done very quickly, and I was kept updated the whole way through when there was an issue with one of the parts needed. The mechanics are exceptionally kind, and took a great deal of time talking to me about the work that was done and answering any questions I had. Easily the best garage I've ever used and cannot recommend more highly - as a nervous driver, the time that I was given meant a huge amount to me, and will no doubt help a lot of other people too.

   Not only were they very accommodating while booking in my appointment to replace a flat tire but since I am a new driver, the mechanic gave me lots of helpful tips for replacing a tire should I break down in the future. Overall very helpful and speedy service at very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

   Excellent service getting my tyre looked at. I had a slow puncture so rang for an appointment and was able to get booked in within a week. Very professional service, reasonable price for a puncture repair. Had a great chat with mechanics about old Peugeots and V8 engines! Will definitely be using again for future car needs.
