Richard was so so lovely. The issue with my vehicle has been very stubborn and all the garages I had gone to couldn’t figure out what the problem was. But Richard was able to figure it out he took his time . Tried all the techniques to make sure to get the issue sorted. Thank you so much @ Richard. Your services were outstanding I recommend 100%…!!

Just called in to get a replacement valve for my cycle tyre. The young men in the repair booth went out of their way to help me find the correct replacement. I believe one was called Louis ( that’s the name on my receipt). Really impressed with their patience and helpfulness. Please give them both a huge Christmas bonus!

I was browsing the shop trying to find my son a bike Ben was working and stopped what he was doing and came to help and when i say help he was above excellence and went to the next level to help us really engaging with my son who is a very small 12 years old making him feel very comfortable and trying him on different bikes we also had a laugh and manager was present. Top marks Ben. You will go far…. With customer service like you have and the knowledge you have about bikes well done ….
In the bike section Ben was really helpful. Took my bike in to build even though I knew how to I had a few questions and had no tools. He gave me a few tools to borrow free of charge and said I can take the bike back for him to check over. When I took the tools back he checked the bike over and even pumped the tires for me free of charge. Friendly and helpful, would recommend to ask him for any advice! If I have any issues I'll be asking for him again.
I went in to have a brake light bulb replaced which was efficiently done by very helpful friendly staff, but was also offered a free 10-point car check and some very useful advice. Drove away feeling very reassured! Highly recommend Motoring Club membership!
Received an email from Halfords this morning that my order is ready for collection. Drove there this afternoon (3.30pm), store is locked, lights on, people restocking shelves, but a sign says that the shop is closed today. Knocked on the door, everyone inside blatantly looking the other way avoiding eye contact. Wonderful! Where is the zero star rating to 'reward' them for wasting my fuel?!
Didn’t have time to go to a garage to get an indicator light sorted. Turned up at 7pm expecting then to tell me to come back during the day and they fitted it quickly and efficiently. 2 lovely, helpful guys, chatty and friendly, thank you!
Great service I lost my headlight bulb on my way home. Went in quite late and they were great. We’re happy to fit it checked the other one as well because that was very dim and it was going so they replaced both and up graded to brighter bulbs no pressure sales. They were fantastic as my car is very difficult to fit the bulbs I was so greatful because I had struggled to see to get home and then to there. Would recommend to anyone great service lovely staff good price
