Staff at the Horsham branch have a bad attitude and it’s hard to understand how GSF can be satisfied with such poor ongoing reviews about this issue. Parts cheaper if you order online and then they say it’s not in stock. It’s almost as if they are going out of their way to be awkward. Avoid.

Have used GSF a few times over years for a few basic bits like car batteries, wing mirror glass, wiper blades etc. Always easy to order online, pay, and collect same day, or next. Parking generally ok, sometimes busy, sometimes quiet... No complaints about place.... Entrance road needs major repairs though!! Potholes like bomb craters!!
Front discs, front and rear pads for just over half the price of euro car parts when their 65% discount was on. Will use again.
