   A small and convenient fast-food spot. The toilet is understandably locked and requires permission from team members due to the venue's size. Unfortunately, there was no toilet paper. On Sunday afternoon, two team members seemed quite exhausted, but this didn’t affect their positive attitude.

   Lovely experience. Only one member of staff at around 1330 during the day. Despite the low number of staff, he was very friendly and did his upmost to cater to customers. Been to other branches but this one was fantastic. I believe the staff member was Dennis. Will definitely be back

   This was my first Taco Bell experience, the food was actually exactly what I expected for the price. The people were really nice and made sure everything was in order. Sadly the toilet in the restaurant wasn't clean, there also weren't that many seating options so during rush hour there'd definitely be no place to sit. In the evening (around 8) there was exactly one spot left to sit, and the rest of the restaurant was quite esthetically pleasing.

   Come into have food . Staff rude watched us use the self services screens for over 5 minutes knowing they clearly dont work . When asked why no signage on screens they told us they weren’t allowed to do this . Left after this .Notice the place was completely disgusting while one staff member proceeded to eat his food . Yeah by all means have your entitled lunch but make sure the restaurant is clean for customers. Staff behind counter did not seem to care . Level of customer service is poor . Staff need some serious level of training on attitude and customer service skills . Be reporting this to food hygiene at DBC council

   It was awful. I had to wait for over an hour for my order to come. The staff were very rude and when I went to get my order, the man put it back on the desk for 'uncollected orders' when I was at the desk with my receipt. When I then called him to say I needed my order, he gave it to me but gave me a dirty look. The actual food was warm and tasted nice however the service was appalling.

   Second time ordering and both times were just awful.. Both times more than half of the items are missing. Ordering for 40£, getting stuff for 10£. No refund! Delivery takes 2 hours- both time food was delivered stone cold. The food is always crushed because they put everything in one single bag so it rips off and everything falling on the ground both times! Never ever reviewed someone one star.. as it is really bad.
