Excellent customer service, They called me to say their product I had ordered was not in stock and offered me a better and more expensive alternative at no extra cost to myself. Now that is customer service.
Mismatched the paint despite being given the car and various samples. Zero customer service, rude, no apology, about to go to court. Apparently they don't use any computer coding on their paint so it is impossible to match twice. This is basic lack of professionalism. I will NEVER use them again. I think the photos say it all. The colour mixed did not match any panel on the car or the sample(s) given.
First ever visit to them today, totally impressed by the experience, from initial telephone conversation to advice I store through to purchase. Great family business deserves your custom, I wouldn’t go anywhere else Thanks guys and gals Paul
Purchased a tin of paint for a 1958 triumph tiger cub, within 30 mins of placing the order I recieve a phone call explaining that the paint is an old paint which is no longer manufactured (due to lead and cyanide both being present in the mix) and very politely helped me select an alternative colour (which to me looks identical to the colour on the original cub). I won't go anywhere else for my vintage style motorcycle paints after they went beyond the call to help a customer out sourcing 1 tin of paint I had forgotten the colour code for due to paint drying over the number on label.
yesterday I purchased a can of aerosol paint to touch up for my 49 year old Rover P6 it arrived today (the next day) great service. the person on the phone was very helpful and the colour was a very good match. thank you to that lady. this company has got it right and very good to buy from.well done.
The quality of their paints are exceptional! They have an excellent fan nozzle for a wonderful even coverage. The staff are also excellent & gave the help I needed without making it seem like a chore. From now on I will be buying ALL of my paints/ primers/ lacquers from these guys & I buy & sell cars so that'll be lots!! Keep up the good work guys!
The middle aged gorgeous lady there with blonde hair is really friendly and she sounds like she knows her stuff too. Bought a polishing machine from her a while back, and she helped me understand how to use it before I’d left the shop too. So cant fault her service at all. I also can’t say about the other staff.
