As far as good pepes goes, this is by far one of the best quality pepes out there. I don’t live close but I drive here specifically because the people are really nice and they always ensure the food is fresh and tastes amazing. There is other pepes around but you can tell the team here care about delivering the same food, better! Faiz is a very nice guy who usually serves us and you can tell feedback matters to him. Definitely worth coming here!

We have been regular customers at Pepe’s in Aylesbury for the past 3 years, but unfortunately our recent experience has left us very disappointed. Last week, my friend bought chicken from Pepe’s for a house party. While eating, we noticed that the chicken was not properly cooked – in fact, some pieces were still raw inside. Concerned for food safety, we called the restaurant immediately. We didn’t ask for a refund or anything else – we simply wanted to let them know so that it wouldn’t happen again, either to us or to other customers. However, instead of listening and taking our feedback seriously, the staff member we spoke to was extremely rude. When I told him that this was not the right way to speak to customers, his response shocked me even more – he said that if I left an online review, he would just “delete it.” This is unacceptable. Not only was the food unsafe, but the way we were spoken to was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I sincerely request the management of Pepe’s Aylesbury to review how staff are trained to handle customer feedback. When food is not cooked properly, the correct response is to apologize and address the issue, not to argue or dismiss the customer. We are very disappointed and hope this kind of experience does not happen to anyone else.

Food was tasty and good value. Unfortunately I was unable to understand the servers, so had to download the app, sign up with a fake name/email and then delete the app when I got my order. Was a bit of a waste of time and would probably just stick with KFC over the road in future.

Rice and chicken (+extra chicken), hot flavour, with large crispy fries and cold Pepsi Max = our favourite meal! Very good and reasonably spicy (very hot is still somehow bearable…but never tried the ‘scary’ extreme!). Top it with their tasty garlic sauce. Good stuff!

Horrible horrible, manager is disgustingly rude and so full of himself. He called us liars even though the driver confirmed only 2 drinks were given with 3 meals. He cut the call on our face and we called back over 10 times and didn't pick up. Thankfully the driver was lovely and he proved that they missed our stuff. The thing isn't about a drink its about service, you can't be wrong and rude. Disgusting

Best Piri-Piri in Aylesbury by a longshot & its not even close. I must have been here around 20 times since opening and literally every time the food has been mouthwateringly good & always cooked to order. There is one other piri piri shop around 2 mins down the road that i tried before Pepes opened up last year (i wont name names), but the staff there are downright rude and the chicken and rice comparatively is terrible & dry compared to Pepes. The chicken & ricebox from Pepes is always steaming hot, tons of your choice of sauce, tender meat and the rice has a real kick to it, puts others to shame IMO. Also to add, i have tried the burgers, wings and a few others and they are equally amazing, especially the piri salted fries with the mango and lime wings which is a flavour on offering. On side note i should also add the staff & bossman Ifran (sorry if im misrembering the name) are so professional, welcoming & friendly, addtionally the place has plenty of seating if you which to eat it in, plus its super clean & well maintained. Nothing negative to say about this place to be fair, just keep up the good service and thanks for keeping the standards high. Easy 5 stars from me.

Chicken was delicious and well-cooked. Chips were lukewarm but generally okay. It was just really loud in there. People kept shouting to each other and to people leaving the door. Couldn’t hear myself think sometimes. Take headphones with you.

Food took 1hour 10 minutes to arrive & was freezing cold. Spoke to them over the phone to refund or replace the food & they said they would replace the food. Never did arrive, we called them up 40!minutes later to ask where the new order was & they said they tried to deliver it & we didn’t answer the door (Not possible as they would have to buzz the building to even be let in) after that excuse fell through they claimed the phone didn’t go through on our end (also ironic) followed by the person on the other side of the phone admitting he had got the order wrong & actually it has been sent out. The order finally arrived, barely much warmer then the first freezing cold order & was also missing some of the items. What a waste of time. Don’t use them.

Favourite chain restaurant in the right centre of the town situated in the main road. Space to dine in at basement for who could manage the stairs ; not sure about the customers on wheelchairs or with buggy. Friendly, welcoming staff and relatively quick service. Tasty food as would expect from Pepes and decent portion size. Ample parking space nearby.

Good food, even for veggies with a good veggie burger, nice peri fries and paneer (Indian cheese) rice boxes. Major downside is that staff take soooo long to prepare the food. I was waiting with multiple food delivery people waiting and staff seemed like they spent longer chatting than actually prepping the orders. The two ladies taking the orders were friendly, polite and quick, but those cooking really need to speed up as it shouldn't take 20 minutes for two veggie burgers from a fairly fast food joint. I'd go again as the food is good, but I hope it becomes quicker to order and collect as I'm not sure I'd wait the 50-60 min delivery wait or even 20 mins to order in person, vs other fast food joints around - funny that they have "so good, it's worth the wait" as a motto! (Ordered Sunday 8:30pm and didn't seem that busy there)
